Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to the use of all products and services operated by the Shortcuts Software Group (us, we, our).
Any material or conduct that in our judgment violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the services or removal of a user’s account.
Prohibited use
- You may not use the services to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with any of the following, each of which is prohibited under this policy:
- phishing or engaging in identity theft;
- distributing computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code;
- distributing pornography or adult related content or offering any escort services; and
- promoting or facilitating violence or terrorist activities .
- Infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
- Unless otherwise expressly agreed by us (including within an agreement between you and us), you will not directly or indirectly:
- reproduce, modify, adapt or create derivative works of any part of the Software;
- rent, lease, distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer, or provide access to the Software to a third party;
- provide the Software for the benefit of any third party;
- incorporate the Software into a product or service you provide to a third party;
- interfere with any license key mechanism in the Software or otherwise circumvent mechanisms in the Software intended to limit your use;
- reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, or otherwise seek to obtain or derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats or non-public APIs to the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law (and then only upon advance notice to Shortcuts);
- remove or obscure any proprietary or other notices contained in the Software;
- use the Software for competitive analysis or to build competitive products;
- publicly disseminate information regarding the performance of the Software; or
- encourage or assist any third party to do any of the foregoing.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated.
